I am sorry your time at BeyondTrust was not successful. We have seen higher turnover this year than in the past, but it is in line with the broader market right now. Based on recent employee surveys as well as conversations around the company, our high engagement scores are driven by our team members’ belief in our support for our customers, the community among our employees, and the ability our team members have to develop and grow their careers. Unfortunately, it seems we did not do a good job of connecting with you personally, and I wish that could have been different. Just as any company, we have opportunities to improve.
