      Appreciate the review. You are correct about an ever changing world of cybersecurity in that the only constant is change. I am sorry you feel there is a lot of micromanagement. We work with leaders on how to empower employees but know it requires continual diligence especially as burnout is real and is something to be taken seriously. If you have ways we can improve, please reach out to your manager or HRBP. We are looking to get better.

      I am sorry your time at BeyondTrust since the merger, 4 years ago, did not live up to your expectations.       Good people but integration of differ t companies bough together still feels weak

      People, culture, salary, the story of the channel strategy

      Cons

      Channel strategy is strong however sellers are not bought into this and have poor buy in. Better integration needed from the products.

On the channel strategy, we are both direct and channel driven – whatever works best for the customer.
