Thanks for your honest and constructive feedback. I agree that the UK office facilities are crowded and lack amenities that we would like to provide for the team there. Although you will not benefit from these efforts, we are actively looking at options to upgrade facilities. Not sure when you left the business, but over the past 4 months we have made significant progress on addressing the messaging/product positioning and we have also engaged an external global cybersecurity expert for multiple training sessions and continue to work with various CISO's to share knowledge across the business. Thank you again for your feedback - will continue to work on improving.

Pros

I have found BeyondTrust to be a great place to work in the 4 years that I have been here. Unlike some of the reviews on here my experience has been the opposite of cronyism and that hard work, results and innovative thinking are always rewarded. The 'luxurious trips to Hawaii' mentioned in another review are actually Presidents Clubs for those folks recognised for outstanding contribution and overachievement of sales targets. If you are a positive, enthusiastic contributor - this is the kind of place you want to work. If you are the ego centric, 'I'm awesome but nobody appreciates me' and jealous of the success of my team mates type, then you should probably go check out CyberArk

Cons

Not a con so much as a must do better and continues focus - Maintaining the strong culture and 'BeyondTrustness' as we continue to grow at pace - we need to hire the right people with the right attitudes.

Pros

BeyondTrust want to achieve and move forward, they have a great company ethic and it feels like everyone is moving forward together. I feel valued and rewarded and even though the company is growing, I still feel like I have a voice. The smaller day to day aspects of working for the company are great too, we have good technology and if there is a way we can improve day to day tasks then it's considered. We socialise as a team and as a wider business as much as we can which keeps moral high.

Cons

No real negatives... while the company is growing some processes are changing but it's all processes changing for the better. When there are negative aspects, they are overcome.
