      Pros

      Top notch market vision leveraging in-house development on top of key acquisitions to deliver a comprehensive PAM solution that actually works and solves diverse privilege management needs. Knowledgeable peers and supporting managers that know when to get involved to assist in goals.

      Cons

      With a broad product portfolio, it can be easier to become a champion of one vs. a trusted advisor for the full suite.

      Great Company Which is Growing Quickly

      Pros

      Hands down, the best benefits of any company I have been a part of. The culture is truly unique and the reputation/recognition of the company out in the market (at shows, user group meetings, etc) is top notch. The company is starting to grow (employee hiring and product offering). The new CEO has done an excellent job taking Bomgar to the next level. With cyber security becoming more and more of a focal point in our day to day lives (companies having data breaches, etc), Bomgar will continue to be the answer companies turn to.

      Cons

      Since the company is undergoing its first true growth period (new products and internal growth), opportunities to rise in the company have been slow, but that looks to be changing. Pressure to perform is high, but it is what you would expect in the fast and furious world of technology. Really no "true" cons to report.
