      Best Place I've Ever Worked!

      Pros

      BeyondTrust has one of the best cultures within it's environment that I've ever worked at. I left a very toxic place, and coming here was the best decision I could have made. It's provided me with great new friends, a healthy work environment, and I find value with everyone that I work with. It's a sense of family here and I'm so glad that I'm part of an organization that provides me with such a safe and positive workspace. I have learned so much being here for 1.5 years and can't wait to continue to grow at this company.

      Cons

      BeyondTrust has become 4 companies in one "overnight" and I think we are still trying to find the best people for the right roles, as well as enough people in their current departments. Sometimes availability is scarce, but that said, it's not a negative, but something the ELT and company are working on to create additional resources for everyone.

      Thank you for the feedback. I agree that BeyondTrust has a phenomenal culture for all the reasons you mentioned and appreciate how employees, such as yourself, contribute to it. On the merger, I believe we have turned a corner and have strong opportunities ahead of us. At the same time, the ELT knows the company has to keep investing in resources in order to capture these opportunities.

      A Lot! Executive management is approachable & supportive. They live the culture they promote through the VBOs. When I was interviewing, I honestly thought all the "culture" talk was just that... a bunch of talk. I was dead wrong. Teamwork, passion, integrity - I see them at work every day. I have never been exposed to a company that has so many intelligent people who actually work well together & help each other. We are all rowing the boat in the same direction & egos are left out of it. People value your opinion and put your ideas to work. Any employee just wants to feel that what they are doing is appreciated & that it is contributing to the overall success of the company. I feel that every day. Constructive (actionable) criticism & appreciation/praise are handed out daily. There are positive changes being made all the time. Wellness programs, referral programs, customer success & sales process improvements, promotions & more. Great Work life balance. Work hard, play hard. Overall, I have loved my time here & I am excited to continue to grow my career with BeyondTrust!

      Cons

      None really. Like any company, there are small things that could improve, but if you are looking for perfection, you will never find it.

      1. No Micromanaging 2. Friendly atmosphere 3. Fair Benefits. 4. Good place to work when it is the only option.

      Cons

      1. Absolutely no growth. If you are a person who likes to grow then this isn't the right place for you. 2. No appreciation whatsoever. 3. Compensation is way below the national average. If you are sole breadwinner of your family then be prepared to starve.

We are actively working to improve the leadership development and mentoring training for all "people managers" in the hopes of providing more consistent and usable career development conversations beyond annual review process.
