      Pros

      Exec Leadership Team is available and willing to help you at any level you need. This is truly a sales organization that cares about their people. We have AMAZING technology that solves real world every day security concerns with our clients. Great Benefits all around for everyone in the company with a solid work/life balance. Everyone is expected to work hard, but we play hard too. The culture of the company helps breed success, it's contagious. Hickey rocks, all you want to do is work harder for him.

      Cons

      Get everyone together 2x per year instead of 1x. This isn't really a con because there's a lot of companies out there who don't get their teams together at all.

      - Easy access to management for everyone. - Great team environment. Nobody plays "blame game", just focus on solving problems - Ability to work remotely when necessary is great flexibility to have - Overall good compensation package - Awesome workspace - Fun environment

      Cons

      Nothing really major with the company itself. Just needs to do more work to integrate products. Something that will come with time.
