      Pros

      - Permissive/Unlimited PTO - Strong employee development/feedback culture - Leadership encourages creativity and allows individual contributors to make an impact - Fantastic employee resource groups - HR team hires carefully; lots of great people here

      Cons

      - LDHP still has a pretty high deductible

      A great company, if you can persist with some bureaucratic HR processes

      Great benefits inc. annual bonus almost always guaranteed Remote working Opportunity to progress Enthusiastic and passionate colleagues

      Cons

      QA tooling leaves a lot to be desired. Goal setting/appraisal process can feel like a burden and is quite bureaucratic.

One of our stated Values is passion and it really shows in what we do and the type of people we hire. I am sorry the goals process is not working out for you. Goals are an incredibly important part of our ability to grow and develop. We are in the process of putting in a new system which should make it logistically easier to put in and track your goals and we continue to train managers on how to help employees set appropriate goals. If you have any suggestions, please reach out to your HRBP. We want to get better.

      Pros

      Amazing company culture, very inclusive, everyone I interact with lives and breathes both the company mission and company values. Management are supportive, and the team has high psychological safety. I can safely say it’s one of the healthiest work environments I’ve ever worked in. The recruitment process was transparent and straight forward, and my onboarding was really good, with my first 6 months goals well laid out and easy to gauge. Despite being a global company I always feel like we are kept in the loop as to how the company is doing and communication is really good. Would highly recommend BeyondTrust to anyone! (And I do!)
