Thank you for the review. I appreciate you mentioning the drive of the company which has been so important to our growth. I have not heard about “old timers” not trusting new people given, due to our rapid growth, we have such a large number of new people. However, if you have any suggestions, please reach out to your HRBP to share any thoughts you might have on this. We are always looking to improve.

Thanks for calling out so many of the positives of the company. We work hard to create a great employee value proposition (Believe, Belong, Become) that results in low turnover and high employee engagement. It has been fundamental in meeting our client’s needs. In terms of workload, we constantly assess the amount of work on our employees but know it is not perfect so if you have any suggestions please reach out to your manager or HRBP.

Pros

Entry-level position with a great product to sell and good pay.

Cons

Sky high quotas with intense micromanagement. Prepare to be talked down to, and left on read over teams. Unlimited vacation which you will be guilted into not using. Then if you do use some they will expect you to hit your monthly quota even if you take two weeks off during it. The culture around the BDR/SDR team felt off even as a sales team.

Thanks for the feedback. We strive to always treat people fairly and with respect as it is how you get the most of your teams. While our engagement scores for the BDR/SDR team are normally high and a large percentage of our junior sales team comes from BDR/SDR promotions, it seems we did not meet your expectations. For that, I am sorry. Best of luck with your future endeavors.
