      The culture at BeyondTrust is truly incredible, and this very clearly starts at the top. The company leaders are transparent and employee-focused. There are countless engagement initiatives and development programs - from virtual workout classes and book clubs to mentorship programs and leadership development. I am so fulfilled in my job at BeyondTrust.

      Outside of normal growing pains, I don't see any cons

      The Grass is Truly Greener at BeyondTrust

      Pros

      I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with BeyondTrust. BeyondTrust is an excellent tech company with great benefits, competitive pay and a fun culture. I have worked for BeyondTrust for three years and have received guidance and coaching in order to expand upon my role at the company and help with my personal growth and development. Happy Hours, Escape Rooms, Inspirational Speakers, Potlucks and Nerf Gun fights are regular activities that contribute to an overall fun environment. BeyondTrust Snack Game is STRONG and we get catered lunch on Tuesdays. Mental Health is a huge priority for the company and with unlimited PTO, management encourages taking time to decompress and have some personal time. Thankfully we also have access to the gym in our building!

      Cons

      Expect to work HARD! Working here is what YOU make of it. If you are looking for negativity, you will find it. If you identify an issue, be prepared with a response of how you personally would fix it. There is a chance you may just be placed in charge of that action!

      Pros

      Overall BeyondTrust is a great place to work. The company culture is great and leadership genuinely seems to care about the interest of the employees.

      Cons

      There are still some backend processes and procedures that need to be ironed out, but that is to be expected when 4 companies merge.
