      Pros

      Leadership is committed to communicating employees importance in the organization, work/life balance, and making the company a fun and great place to work. This is not only talked about, but committed to via the benefits program.

      Cons

      I really don't have any cons; however, each person is different. This is a smaller company that is experiencing tremendous growth and expects excellence and responsibility in it's employees. There is not as defined career path as some larger companies, but if your perform well, you will be promoted.

      Pros

      Decent salary, health plan, and matching 401k program, okay working environment near lots of restaurants, shops, bus stops, and convenient to the major highways.

      Cons

      Bland working environment. A lot of process for such a small company. Lots of politics with no risk taking. Company grew through lots of acquisitions leading to a very scattered work force; I find it irritating to have all the people in charge in one city with no contact with the people who make the products. I was told it was hard finding quality people near the company's headquarters. I think the problem is with the company itself and that high quality people recognize that their talents will be wasted (because consistent low quality is easier to plan for than inconsistent greatness) and that quality products are not of importance to management since another company can always be acquired.

      Pros

      Surrounded by highly knowledgeable people. Management is encouraging and supportive. Company goals and achievements are clear and open to all employees regardless of their position. Stress free environment. Very good place to work.

      Cons

      Low compensation compared to other companies. Development group is located only in Ridgeland, MS (for now).
