"Encouraged" to be a good Christian and support Republican party. If you are like them, you will fit right in and it will be easy to blend in.

Cons

If you don't share the same religious and political values, it is difficult to blend in or work in the environment. Personal and political agenda can easily over-run any talent or skills you may have for your role in the company.

Sometimes miscommunication between departments. sometimes not enough feedback about performance. could also use more due diligence before making hires. better to hire slow and fire fast.
