Pros

The opportunities that I have to connect with as many people as I do has been a key driver for me here at BeyondTrust. I am so fortunate to have built partnerships across the business. Not only do I get to work with a great team, I am able to work alongside some of the most talented, intelligent, and funny people. From the HR team all the way to the folks who help our customers purchase our products - I consider myself incredibly fortunate. I am happy to say that I love sitting down at my desk each and every day - ready to support, guide, lead and learn. How lucky is that?

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any other than at times it can be hard to fit it all into a day.

Thank you for calling out our overall culture including our leaders and our Employee Value Proposition around pay, benefits, and flexibility. On our people, we absolutely do not feel that they are all replaceable but do not seem to be communicating that as effectively as we should. Please reach out to your HRBP on how we can do better. Thanks for being part of the team.

Problems at the Executive Level

Pros

BeyondTrust operates in a growing, fast-paced, exciting industry and is full of world-class employees.

Cons

Over time talented and effective executive leaders who were committed to company values and doing the right thing have either chosen to leave or have been forced out. We are left with ineffective executives who are more interested in their egos than helping the company succeed and there has been no corrective action taken by the CEO.

Appreciate the comments. Fully recognizing that I may be part of the executive team that you dislike and I have only been with the company 5 years, I do not share your assessment of our leadership. In my 5 years here, I have seen our customer engagement scores dramatically increase, our employee engagement scores increase way above where they were 5 years ago, and we have a much better reputation in the market. While we both agree that our employees should get the primary credit for this, our leadership team has absolutely helped steer us in the right direction.
