      Pros

      Decent pay, WFH, People excluding leadership are great. Due to burnout and restructures growth opportunities are always available.

      Cons

      Leadership is essentially a revolving door of the newest sourced "expert" that has bright ideas that don't work, resulting in a mass restructure organizationally for "better alignment". Restructure doesn't work. Teams impacted get burnout/have to hit unrealistic goals. New leader enters the door. Start from the top.

      Thank you for the review. I appreciate your commenting on our people. I do think they are what makes this place such a great place to work. I am sorry that our leadership has not met your expectations. We are in a dynamic industry and have had massive growth so have to periodically look at what we are doing and how we are doing it but it seems we may not have communicated that effectively. If you have any suggestions, please reach out to your manager or HRBP. We are always looking to improve.

      Pros

      The environment from the managers is kind and are willing to listen to anyone's opinions. Fast paced environment under new leadership in marketing.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are only 1-4% max unless you're promoted then it's 6% raise. These are so far below industry standards that it doesn't make them comparable with other jobs. Raises and promos aren't based on results or level of work but my time at the company. You are also stagnant if someone above you doesn't leave then you can't ever be promoted.

      Appreciate the review. I agree our managers are a key to our success by not only supporting employees but also by reaching out to incorporate a team’s ideas to make us stronger. I am not sure our compensation data agrees with your sentiment around raises but I am sorry you feel that we are below market. We are planning on more education on how we do pay in the near future. Thanks for being part of the team.
