      Pros

      A set of best in class products that customers like and see the value in. The have a great executive team that really believes in investing in people's success through training and mentor programs. The pay is at the right level for this industry but the list of employee benefits is really quite something - but does include a company lunch each Tuesday.

      Pros

      It's an exciting time to be at BT, and an exciting time to be in the PAM market. Great (friendly, supportive) culture overall. Leading solutions in multiple market segments and more coming. Very talented and supportive teammates. Uncapped PTO and solid benefits. A low ego leadership team who lead from the front and are absolutely willing to take feedback.

      Cons

      BT is a fast-moving company in a very active market. As such it is a highly dynamic environment and not for everyone. But I don't recognize at all the BT as described in many of the recent negative, frankly impetuous reviews you've seen posted by bitter former employees who either didn't make it or "miss the old company".
