      Great experience from the start!

      Pros

      Professional experience from hiring process, to interview, then hiring and finally working. The hiring process was exciting. Exceeded all my expectations albeit relatively long from contact to first interview. I went through 5 almost back-to-back rounds of interviews. There was no question left unanswered. Completely open book. From the day I started, I was treated like I was part of the team. There was no micro-management and I was left to do what I was hired to do, my job! Understanding the companies vision helped with product direction without obstacles. I found the direction of the company was clear and market leading. I'm excited for the future of the combined BeyondTrust family. We are definitely market leaders and the portfolio's are amongst the best in the industry.

      Cons

      Some old baggage from the acquired companies but there is a clear vision to integrate all the products.

      Pros

      Executives are willing to listen and course correct when necessary. Great culture and people make this company what it is. Values are aligned and leaders are held accountable for results and for developing their people.

      Pros

      I have been working at BeyondTrust for almost a year. During my time here I have enjoyed coming to work every day. BeyondTrust has provided me the opportunity to work with great people that care about my success and future. I would not want to work at any other company. This is truly a great place!
