Great culture, kind people to work with, great customers, tons of resources for employees. Huge pro is onboarding at BT, sets you up for success.

Cons

Newer teams can be unorganized/not supported, extremely busy due to short staffing, preach work life balance but it is hard with workload sometimes - although will take it off your plate if you ask, customers will suffer. Lacking cross team collaboration due to old habits during transition to SaaS model. Low pay in industry

Appreciate the review. I especially like that you called out our customers, culture, and employees. Glad that you had a strong onboarding experience as we have really worked to get that in place so employees feel connected quickly. I agree we need to move to the SaaS model as quickly as possible due to its positive effects on our customers. It is a strategic priority of ours and we are making strong progress each year. Part of our employee value proposition is feeling like you belong to the organization by being able to be your authentic self but also by feeling we pay you fairly. On the latter, it seems we have some work to do based on your feedback. We do benchmark twice a year and have a strong pay for performance process so hopefully we can rectify your concerns with the annual pay review.
