The executive team really does care about our employees. We are measured on employee engagement and turnover but more important we recognize how focusing on employees leads to better outcomes for our customer and thus great financial results. People! People! People!

Pros

BT has a culture of treating people like humans. Everyone is willing to help out whenever they can. From day 1 I really gelt like I was part of the family. The products are rock solid as well. They're easy to implement which keeps customers happy. I cant say enough good thinks about the leadership in the commercial space. Even managers that don't align to me are always willing to lend a hand. It doesn't feel like a chore to talk to co-workers whether its online or in person.

Cons

Generally I feel like the portfolio and vision is a bit lacking. Its always hard to merge 4 brands into one but there are better ways of unifying the messaging. Unfortunately the best selling product doesnt fit the persona we look for in the rest of the products. I really think there needs to be a more Identity/Access focused vision. Competitors are all adding more and more identity related products to their portfolio and in the long run I think BT can do better or start shopping for a buyer in one of those spaces. Either way the portfolio needs broadening to appeal to larger enterprise customers.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry this job has not lived up to your expectations. We did experience turnover last year but was at or below benchmarks. In addition, we do ask that managers set clear expectations with their teams and have a 90%+ target for employees to have communicated and understood goals in a timely manner. Please reach out to your HRBP for additional support if you need it.
