      Pros

      Very healthy and active culture. Industry leading products with great innovation in the roadmap. Remote working environment allows for flexibility. Solid backing from the private equity investors.

      Cons

      None. The company has a great strategy and is poised for accelerated growth.

      Awesome Company to Work For

      Pros

      Great Mission… Great Products… Great Employees. It’s easy to come to work when you have synergies with various departments. Everyone seems to be happy to be working at BeyondTrust.

      Cons

      A lot of remote employees means sometimes the office space feels empty / underutilized. Would enjoy more in person collaboration but appreciate that remote work is beneficial to some coworkers.

      Thank you for your kind comments. As you mentioned our employees have been key to our success. We are a highly remote / hybrid culture which has served us well but agree we can do more office/local activities to encourage people to get together. We have more events planned for this year.

      Pros

      There are some solid good people working at this company and the mission is easy to buy into. Pay was good.

      Cons

      Strange feeling of walking on eggshells around management. You will leave feeling like you were just a number rather than a real human. It is really easy to go from "family" to nothing. Really sad to say. No growth opportunity given from management in my experience, even after asking what to do to improve. Feels misleading as a company that receives such great accolades. Medical benefits were not great and parental leave is not up to other tech companies.

      I agree that we have some great people here and our mission is really easy to buy into. Normally, we do receive high accolades around our culture and management from our employees as well as the industry. I am sorry that your experience with us ended so badly.
