We work hard to create a great employee value proposition (Believe, Belong, Become) that results in low turnover and high employee engagement. It has been fundamental in meeting our client’s needs. In terms of workload, we constantly assess the amount of work on our employees but know it is not perfect so if you have any suggestions please reach out to your manager or HRBP.
