The people are passionate, caring and always willing to share advice/help. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow if you are willing to put your hand up. Leadership does the right thing and values everyone. Collaborative culture with a true team spirit. It feels like I am part of something special and that I belong here.

Cons

It's fast-paced and can be a challenge to prioritise at times. Need clearer career paths and clarity on how people can progress/get to the next level.
