      The company itself is great and the people there are awesome.

      The workload is high and burnout is a real problem.

      pay is competitive; executive leadership feels strong; work life balance is solid

      Cons

      I find willingness to collaborate to be a real challenge in my region/role. Changes also move incredibly slow.
