      Pros

      BeyondTrust is filled with amazing, talented, focused individuals that believe strongly in teamwork. Their goals are clear, their mission is focused and a strong emphasis is put on corporate alignment. With a remote first approach, employee work life balance is taken very seriously. I couldn't be more happy to be part of this organization.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to add except I wish I had joined this organization sooner in my career!

      Lost, confused and in need of a shake up

      You have lots of opportunities to burn working hours in non productive meetings The majority of non-leadership people are fantastic

      Cons

      HR forgot the human of Human Resources Grind culture/Burnout Products are aging fast Creaking product enablement function
