      Limited progression within some departments. Majority are top heavy with legacy and long term employees holding top positions

      Appreciate the review. You are correct about an ever changing world of cybersecurity in that the only constant is change. I am sorry you feel there is a lot of micromanagement. We work with leaders on how to empower employees but know it requires continual diligence especially as burnout is real and is something to be taken seriously. If you have ways we can improve, please reach out to your manager or HRBP. We are looking to get better.

      Pay Work life balance Free time Training

      Cons

      Extreme PC culture with lots of 2 faced backstabbers. 45-65 year old children that have no problem throwing coworkers under the bus. You have to watch what you say and who's listening. HR loves receiving absolutely petty complaints that normally would just be dismissed in another company. A childish group of supposed-to-be adults.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your thoughts. I am glad that you like our total rewards and development capabilities. I am sorry that our culture is not working for you and that you feel you have to walk on egg shells around others. While we try to make HR accessible to all, we obviously have not done a good job if you think we enjoy “receiving petty complaints.” We take our job of creating a safe work environment seriously but would rather spend our days strengthening our employees through training and engagement than handling Employee Relations issues. We are always looking to improve so feel free to reach out to your HRBP.
