We have had incredible growth and I anticipate it will get even better going forward. BeyondTrust has good people working there!

Cons

- Low 401k match - If you are on an OKR achievement plan (e.g. SEs earn 50% of their commission based on goals) they will not pay you your commission unless you are employed at the time of payroll. It makes sense to leave the organization the month after end of quarter, not the actual end of quarter... or just leave whenever. This was a nice surprise with the new comp plan!

I agree that BeyondTrust has great people working here. We have won several best places to work awards and it is our people that drive that. I am sorry that the payment schedule of commissions was a surprise to you. I appreciate the feedback and will take that back to sales operations to enhance our communications.

Pros

The developers and architects are some of the smartest people I have ever worked with.

Cons

The merge with Bomgar meant that BeyondTrust lost its original focus on the developers and the great hacker culture that it allowed for.

I agree that we have some phenomenal developers and architects. Given the large amount of growth in the engineering area over the past two years, I am not sure I would agree with the sentiment that it is not a focus for BeyondTrust. Thanks for the review.
