      I absolutely love my job!! The pay is great and the people I work with are amazing! They have no problem dropping what their doing to help me with any problems I might be having they’re there to help.

      There are no cons for working for this company.

      Pros

      I am extremely happy that I joined BeyondTrust. This is an environment and company that respects us all as fully formed adults that are not entirely defined by their jobs or who they work for. Senior leadership is open and approachable, and I feel like a peer regardless of where anyone falls on the org chart. Leaders are receptive to new ideas and open to hearing different ways of accomplishing tasks. The team I'm on is highly supportive and collaborative. It's nice to be at a company that consistently embraces its core values - not just when it's convenient.

      Cons

      Certainly not unique to BeyondTrust but sometimes people can be resistant to change or can get possessive about materials that are managed by others.

      Pros

      Amazing culture with unlimited potential. The people are amazing and the leaders care about their people. It is exciting to see where this organization is headed and I am honored to be a part of it.

      There are not many negative things to mention.
