      I appreciate you calling out our engineers and the innovative products they have developed – allowing us to be a leader in the analyst reports. I am sorry you feel that Engineering has been placed on a backburner. That is certainly not our intention as we have hired additional resources and continue to review and adjust compensation for the quickly changing market. The onboarding has been incredibly important as we have grown rapidly over the past few years and will continue to do so. I hope your patience will payoff as many of our SDRs eventually are promoted into full selling roles.

      Great benefits, flexible PTO, unlimited free snacks, game days, weekly company sponsored lunches, work life balance is promoted, casual dress, company kick offs, fun work environment full of hard working employees who feel appreciated by the company.

      Cons

      Really, there were no cons from my view point.
