Thank you for the feedback. I agree our culture is above average, which has allowed us to not just retain top talent but encouraged former employees to come back to BeyondTrust. We are always trying to increase cross functional knowledge, and have done some virtual networking/sharing events, but any input you can give your manager or HR Business Partner would be greatly appreciated.
