      There teams that are working on good things, others are just numbers

      Good and positive environment within team

      Cons

      Management is not transparent about it'd direction to all employees, Some teams seems to know where things are going. and there teams has no mid term / long term vision.

Our culture is a differentiator and it shows in our top rated products and strong customer satisfaction. I am sorry that you do not feel our communications about our vision are strong enough. We do work through townhalls, team meetings, and monthly all hand calls to share information but are always looking for ways to improve so please reach out to your manager or HRBP with any suggestions you might have.

      Cons

      Economy is slow and that is impacting deals, but nothing to do with BT or BT products

      Great Culture, Great People

      Pros

      From the top down there is a sincere investment in your success in and out of the office. If you put forth the effort, there will never be anyone that shuts you out of an opportunity for growth or an opportunity to initiate change. There are many organizations out there and BeyondTrust is certainly one of the better places you can be to develop personally and professionally.

      Cons

      There aren't many, but one of them would be the internal promotion process. Not to say there aren't opportunities for growth, however the guidelines to which you are able to maneuver within the organization are constantly changing and not always well defined.

      I am really glad you called out our investment in your success. We take employee development very seriously and have a number of programs to support your technical and personal growth. I am sorry that the internal promotion process did not meet your expectations. We do have a sales academy program and try to communicate key criteria for promotion but look likes we can do better.
