      Appreciate the review. I am glad you are able to take advantage of your group’s remote work policy. We did an analysis on the effectiveness of different roles in and out of the office and where appropriate gave the option for remote work. As a growing company, we do have a lot of priorities but continue to work on how to prioritize them effectively. Please reach out to your manager or HRBP with any ideas you might have.

      Pros

      BeyondTrust has a large number of excellent tenured employees and continues to hire people of a high caliber. These factors make coming to work every day easier and more enjoyable.

      Cons

      A large number of employees have shifted to remote work and time in the office with our great people is missed. But I don't feel like it negatively affects working relationships or productivity.

      Thank you for the review. We continue to have high standards for hiring employees and that has a direct impact on our culture and ability to serve our customers. We will continue to monitor our culture given the increased percentage of our employees who are remote. As you mention, so far we seem to be in good shape but know we cannot take it for granted.
