3yAppreciate the review and the call out of our people. We are a hybrid office environment, with a large percentage of purely remote employees, where we make decisions on in office requirements based on the role as opposed to a blanket company mandate. At the same time, we focus on supporting our culture both for in office and remote employees. So far it has led to very strong engagement and a sense of belonging both in and out of the office.
