Pros

I enjoy my current role

Cons

Can be very sink or swim. Different leaders create different experiences and different leaders coming and going on the same team create vastly different experiences.

Appreciate the comments and thanks for being a long tenured team member. We are going to have constant change but it should be moving towards a consistent goal and direction and should not create vastly different experiences from one leader to the next. If you have any ideas on how we can improve our change ability please reach out to your HRBP. We are always trying to improve.

Appreciate the review. Thanks for the callout on the good colleagues. We repeatedly receive praise on our people and the support they provide to each other. Our industry is a constantly evolving one that does require us to have continuous change. Having said that, we are always looking for ways to better communicate and balance that change so if you have any ideas, please reach out to your HRBP.

Pros

Great culture: Welcoming from day one, with colleagues who are always willing to help and collaborate. Strong work–life balance: A healthy PTO policy and flexible remote work options that support personal well-being. Career growth is valued: Professional development and career progression are genuinely encouraged and respected. The company is a market leader in Privileged Access Management (PAM), making it easier to open doors with high-profile clients in the Gulf.

Cons

Training on new product updates could be improved: More structured and timely internal enablement would help teams stay aligned with the latest releases. Benefits could be enhanced: As a top-tier multinational in the region, there’s an opportunity to further strengthen the benefits package to better match the company’s market position.
