Lot of Movement

Pros

Good pay, solid office location, tech that is always in need which is a bonus in sales.

Cons

Way too much movement of managers and higher up leaders. Understandable as it was 4 companies merging into one but geez were the decisions poor on many of those hires. It was difficult to have any direction or believe what was the best method of selling as you would have a new leader every 2 months or so. Consistency would have been nice for someone learning the industry.

Thank you for the review. I agree that we have competitive pay, good offices, as well as strong products. Despite having another strong financial year, we saw higher than desired, but in line with market, turnover in some of our sales areas last year. Not sure we had new leaders every 2 months but appreciate you believing in us and continuing your career here.
