The culture of the company drastically has changed and there are unfortunately not positives to list.

Constant layoffs, restructures, bonuses being withheld, pay structure changed without notice.

*The technology is top notch. Very cool, flexible product and platform *Tech-related staff (pre and post sales, and engineering) are great. Know their stuff inside and out. *Great work/life balance - worked from home.

Cons

*Sales sells product capabilities the platform doesn't even have and is rewarded for it. *HR is non-existant - you must hound people for information and all things HR to be done *Sub-par benefits, particularly 401k *Good luck figuring out how they arrived at your bonus figure. When asked they can't/won't tell you. *Some top management exude used car salesman-esque shadiness.
