      Great culture and teammates. Strong product, Billtrust is an industry leader

      Cons

      Not competitive outside of Enterprise, they've retired a lot of solutions and there's no roadmap to be more competitive in middle market companies that don't need all of the advanced tools that Billtrust offers

      - Work hours that you would like with ability to change your schedule (select time) - Be a part of a team that supports each other - Pay is about average depending on your living area - Good benefit -Get recognized for great work via monetary and non-monetary awards - Career advancement is clear and offered, and can be discussed quarterly/periodically with manager

      Cons

      - Training is good but training makes it seem like all clients will be simple. - Reality is that clients vary drastically and not everything can be covered in training that you can/will experience on a team. - There is no "ramp up" for work. As soon as you are placed on a team you can get clients immediately. It can be daunting but you have support
