you better stay in office forever, if you go home you better stay 24hrs at your phone or whatsapp, work during dinner, work during shower, work during sleep, work in weekend when you are with your family gathering. Say bye bye to your life when you work here, your life belongs to the company, you are a slave, not worker.
Got one day sick, has doctor letter still deduce salary. Work for years but still do not have employment contracts, ask HR but say the CEO not yet signed, wtf? Low pay compare to the market, asked my schoolmate, they have similar position but they have a lot higher pay than me and their company has pay sick day of a maximum of numbers.
