      Good For Recent Graduates Just Entering The Workforce

      Pros

      Great medical benefits. It's a great place for recent college graduates to get some industry experience.

      Cons

      Very bad employee morale overall. The company doesn't care about the employees (except for management and upper management); employees are treated as very disposable. Pay is not competitive at all. Work load is insane. High turnover rate, and management doesn't worry about the department being understaffed. Remaining employees are forced to complete the work. Stingy with overtime. No cafeteria with food: just vending machines.

      Benefits are the only good thing, but apparently there going to raise the price again

      Cons

      No job security. No cost of living raise in 2 years. No growth unless you're family or friend. Not off for all holidays. Significantly lower pay than the competition. The company isn't making money, so they're making cuts everywhere especially on us hourly employees
