Pros
The benefits are the best thing in this company. It has great health insurance, 401K, life insurance, disability insurance.
Cons
Everything else the work load is not hard but management it's not the greatest. It's like being in jail with a chance to go home after your shift. They treat you like you are in kindergarten, you can't talk, you can't go to the bathroom for longer than 5 minutes because trust me they would be looking for you or worst paging you. So if you have to bad bladder stay away because they won't tolerate you going to the bathroom. The parking is another disaster, I been with the company for 5 Years and I still can't park on site. The shuttle service it's the worst, they would see you and they won't wait for you, now your late to work going in or late to get home because you have to wait another 20 minutes to get into another shuttle. Like I said the Insurance it's great and all the benefits but that's about it, that's what kept me here for 5 Years now I'm ready to go! The pay its the lowest in my opinion compare to other labs and this is after trying to get us to the same "level" of the other labs. Still low for what they expect.
