Pros

The team is smart, passionate and down to earth. No ego and a lot of mutual trust creates a great environment to work in.

Cons

Pay isn’t anything spectacular if you’re a materials handler.

Pros

This was my first real job after graduating from college. The people were cool. They helped a newbie like me out more times than I would have done if the roles were reversed (which made me take a hard look in the mirror at who I was / who I wanted to be). I feel like I’ve become more patient and considerate to others because of my time here and because my coworkers never gave up on me and were always willing to answer every single question I had. Thanks for the experience guys!

Cons

I wanted to work at a company with more of a start-up feel, which is why I left. But I would still recommend this company to others. I think it did a lot to prepare me for my current role.

Pros

A giant thumbs up for a truly amazing company! As an employee you’re given realistic expectations with realistic timelines. Health and safety are always the #1 priority. Things move fast around here, so you’ve got to be ready to keep up. Ultimately, though, BRL is a people company: The focus is always on the people who work here and creating better working conditions for us.

Cons

They don’t get everything right the first time, but they’re willing to own up to their missteps and do what’s necessary to make things right. It’s easy to respect a company that can do that.
