Pros

Decent benefits Similar to any company, there are some good people

Cons

-Leadership couldn't be more out of touch with reality -Contention with the idea of remote work -Bonuses are pointless (take a look at Opko stock price) -Majority of people are just going through the motions with little to no excitement about the brand or work -No culture -Everything moves slow -Inappropriate spending

Pros

Pros are: -The people you work with. The vast majority of the people you meet there are great and it's incredibly diverse. I really enjoyed the managers there in particular. -There was always an option to work more hours if you wanted.

Cons

Cons are: -When I was there the pay was very weak. -Virtually no room for growth. Many other processors were stuck in the same position for years with the same hourly rate. -Didn't feel valued in my position. You were expected to process a certain amount of specimens hourly and If you did any more than that, then you got a simple pat on the back. Pay didn't scale for performance. There's zero incentive to go above and beyond.
