Pros

Flexible & laid back environment. No one on your back about your job, takes ALOT for one to get fired

Cons

Management is horrible, no moral, ALOT of favoritism, pay is horrible, difficult to get a promotion, attacked if a mistake is made on a process you haven't been advised has changed, the traing is a joke, managers are not held accountable for poorly performing employees or departments, no communicating,

Pros

The pay was great and it is a diverse place, and is good if you don't have a problem with sitting long hours or even standing for long hours depending on the position you apply for.

Cons

The late night shift can mess up your sleep patterns and if you are the type of person who loves doing the family outings and you're family oriented then i would not recommend this Job because it does seem a lot of the positions they have open are the grave yard shifts.
