The people I work with are what keeps me coming back. It is a group of team players, who look out for one another. There is room to grow within threw company so you never feel stuck in the same spot

Cons

The pay its horrible, for the amount of work we do, and the risk that we take every time we open a specimen we are very underpaid

Some of the supervisors in my department are very catty and unable to adequately treat disputes. There is obvious favoritism within the company towards certain employees.
