Great department to expand knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of tests and what they test for , ongoing training provided for all new tests and processes, monthly feedback 1:1's with Supervisors on overall productivity and how to improve performance. Plenty of knowledgeable resources to assist with roadblock questions. Great new hire training program which is detailed and beneficial.

Cons

Would like more reps on the floor to be positive minded, and strive for more personal growth as the way some people think out loud affects other reps in a negative way.
