Not just a job, a career

Pros

BR Labs is a great company to establish a career for yourself. There’s plenty of opportunity for growth and a strong emphasis on professional and personal development. If you express a desire to hold a managerial position in the future they’ll sit down with you and detail everything you need to do for that to happen.

Cons

My generation just doesn’t have the same sense of company loyalty that previous generations did.

Pros

No customer service. You have a chance to meet some great people.

Cons

Management doesn't care for any of the workers except for their friends, in which they get special treatment. They'll pay new hires more than you. They will not hesitate to cycle workers out, spend money training new people all while tossing these new workers to be trained by people that are not certified to be trained. Trust me this place will drain you and make every room you stand in feel hostile.

Pros

You would be given autonomy when working in the laboratory,. As long as you are doing your job no one comes to bother you.

Cons

A little bit understaffed on the weekends during the evening shifts.
