      Pros

      Pay could be better, but the benefits are excellent. A great company that I recommend highly to anyone interested in laboratory work.

      Cons

      Employee morale is low. Partially this is to blame on the coronavirus. Partially this is to blame on management for not checking up on employees as regularly as they should.

      Pros

      A solid career choice if you’re interested in taking the dive into laboratory work. It’s a sterile environment where you can focus on the work at hand. Given a few weeks and you’ll learn invaluable skills that will last you a life time. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

      Cons

      Communication from upper management needs to be better.
