Pros

Enjoyed the customers/patients. No better or worse than any other laboratory as far as workload is concerned.

Cons

Company has many management issues. Particularly on the supervisory level. Cannot keep a capable supervisor for phlebotomy. Last one was fired and the latest is a nightmare. Had problems with short checks and long resolution times.

Pros

It had a high school atmosphere where everyone knew each other and certain fun cliques would form. Laid back in terms of coming to work on time, call outs, etc.

Cons

Too much gossip at the workplace. Some people are downright rude as some would not greet you as you walk past them. The graveyard shift is not fun.
