Pros

Very good insurance benefits, learned alot and most supervisors would work around your schedule especially if your a student or a working parent

Cons

Pay rate for office or clerical work isnt really great esp if you're a full time employee.

Pros

Great medical benefits, Life Insurance policies, Dental insurance, work schedule flexibility, comfortable environment for the employee as well as the patient in the patient service center.

Cons

My only challenge I've experienced is being cut throated by other employees through gossip. Too much caddiness & pettiness among the employee & employers. Too much favoritism. Raises are a joke. Communication between supervisors & managers with the plebs are horrible.
