Pros

If you work in NJ, TX, or FL and very select other markets you can do well. Everyone else is screwed.

Cons

Majority of employees can make only so so money with no opportunity for more. Management is the worst I've ever experienced. Disrespectful and demeaning. No career development or advancement opportunities.

Pros

Good pay/experience for young adults going into the research area.

Cons

The workload can get excruciatingly high and disorganized. The work environment consists of several unprofessional employees who don't want to be there. You may be forced to work horrible shifts, with no say in the matter.
