By far the worst laboratory I've ever worked for. Not only that but supervisor pratically begged me to bring in prior information to get to where they are which is number one QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. they will never get to where quest is. Even the people who work for them now complain. Lots are unhappy. Unprofessional and need more training. Sales rep are rude just as mush as the supervisors

Flexible & laid back environment. No one on your back about your job, takes ALOT for one to get fired

Cons

Management is horrible, no moral, ALOT of favoritism, pay is horrible, difficult to get a promotion, attacked if a mistake is made on a process you haven't been advised has changed, the traing is a joke, managers are not held accountable for poorly performing employees or departments, no communicating,
