      Pros

      Director is great to work for, super nice makes things not stressful.

      Cons

      Benefits leave a lot to be desired. Base pay is EXTREMELY LOW! Vacation policy leaves a lot to be desired. Car allowance BELOW INDUSTRY STANDARD - $400 a month! Mileage Reimbursement is a joke @ $ .19 a mile. They DO NOT & WILL NOT pay for office supplies. They ask you to print requisitions to track down information from customers. Not sure about all divisions but urology they want you to turn in your call cycle like you are a new rep. The team is pretty tenured. They will go back and compare call cycle to daily call activity. Very micromanaged approach.
