Pros

I’m new to the company so I can’t talk much about what it’s like to work here, but I can say that the hiring process is very fast and very efficient. They know what they want and if you’re what they’re looking for they’ll hire you almost on the spot.

Cons

So far there aren’t any. They offered me a much higher rate than I was getting before, full benefits, and the labs look clean and modern.

No customer service. You have a chance to meet some great people.

Cons

Management doesn't care for any of the workers except for their friends, in which they get special treatment. They'll pay new hires more than you. They will not hesitate to cycle workers out, spend money training new people all while tossing these new workers to be trained by people that are not certified to be trained. Trust me this place will drain you and make every room you stand in feel hostile.

Extensive travel to different labs across the country. Excellent managers and supervisors. It is a huge responsibility, but we go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. There are logistic challenges, but we are given the tools needed to overcome those challenges. Sometimes the days are long, but that is what comes with this type of job. Every staff member I have met have been amazing. This company has some of the best medical workers in the industry. This is no doubt one of the best jobs I have ever had. Bio-Reference is committed to their customers and their employees. My boss knows he can call me to take on any challenge, and trusts I will get the job done with a smile.

I absolutely love everything about my job.
